LATHAM – Lillian Eriole, 87, loving daughter of the late Josephine and Battisto Cafaro, past peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on February 14, 2017, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Lillian was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Joseph Eriole, on November 5, 2016; her brother, Angelo Cafaro and her sister Louise Mottolese.
Lillian was a devoted and loving mother to her 4 daughters: Joanne Eriole, Janet Adams, Lora Vincent, and Lynn (Mark) Catizone. Lillian was also a dedicated grandmother to her 3 grandsons, Christian Vincent, and Ryan and Tyler Catizone who were her pride and joy and the loves of her life.
Lillian is survived by her oldest sister Mary Alvaro and her youngest sister Anna Febraio, as well as many nieces and nephews who she dearly loved.
Relatives and friends may call at the Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Road, Latham on Sunday, February 19th from 3 to 6 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent dePaul Church, 900 Madison Avenue, Albany on Monday, February 20th at 1:00 pm. Immediately following the funeral mass, a burial service will be held at the American Saints Mausoleum at St. Agnes Cemetery, 48 Cemetery Avenue, Menands.
