Condolences

Condolence From: Annette Jenks
Condolence: When, as a House of Local History Board Member, I interviewed Nancy for the position of curator for the House of Local History, little did I know the close relationship that would develop between us as the years went by. I came to respect the knowledge and integrity in the work she did. In addition, I have valued her as a friend with thoughtful insights and opinions, a friendship which continued even after I moved to Pennsylvania. Sincere condolences to Bill, Michael, Eve and Noah.

Condolence From: Elizabeth Williams
Condolence: Nancy's smile, energy and enthusiasm will always be in my memory. It was wonderful to meet her as director of what was then known as "The House of Local History" and work as a trustee to see her plans for the "Permanent Exhibit" come to fruition. As Bank Street graduates, Nancy and I had much in common in wanting programs and exhibits to be concise as well as clear. She often spoke lovingly of her family and pleasure from vacations in Puerto Rico.

My sincere condolences to all her family and friends!
Elizabeth Williams
