RUTLAND, VT – John A. Peck, III, 23, our sweet angel, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 9, 2018 at his sister’s Felicia's home in Troy. John was born in New London, Wisconsin on December 9, 1994, the beloved son of John A. and Sheila Brant Peck, Jr.
John resided with his family in Johnsonville and Cohoes, NY and also lived in South Carolina, Florida and in Rutland, Vermont for the past four years.
John loved being outside and adored everyone that he met. He had a smile that would light up a room and loved to visit with everyone he met. His favorite song was “Who Let the Dogs Out”.
In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by six siblings, Felicia (Vernon Bowen) Leibach, Tonya (Ruben) Leibach, Tabitha (Giovanni) Perez, Karissa (Francis) Wilbur, James Peck and Marissa (Tyler Black) Peck; his special nephew, Connor Leibach and several other nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be Thursday, January 18 at 11:00 am at the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet with Deacon Chuck Wojton officiating. Interment will follow in Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 17th from 4-6 pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a Go Fund Me Account set up for Johnny’s Wings by Bonnie Benson.
