BENNINGTON, VT – Donald W. Zeller, 79, died on December 25, 2015 at the Vermont Veterans Home in Bennington.

Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Philip and Celestia Kirtland Zeller.

Donald attended Albany Schools and later served his country in the US Army from 1959 until 1961.

He had been employed by the former Eastern Tablet in Albany, the Watervliet Arsenal and the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany from where he retired.

He was the brother of Kenneth Zeller of Quaker Springs, Alan Zeller of Malta, Karen Boudreau of Pittstown, Bruce Zeller of Quaker Springs and the late Marietta Dupont, Philip Zeller, Jr. and Dorothy Hancox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A service will be held on Wednesday at 12 o’clock noon in the Parker Brothers Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet. A private interment will be held in the Eagle Hill Cemetery, Albany.
Friends are invited to attend and may also visit with Donald’s family on Wednesday, before the service, from 11 AM until 12 PM.
