Obituary for Dorothy A. Turley

BALLSTON SPA - Dorothy A. Turley (Hess), 84, formerly of Watervliet, died peacefully Monday, April 17, 2017 at the Saratoga Center for Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Ballston Spa. Born on September 19, 1932, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy and Cecelia Palmer Hess. Dorothy attended and graduated from the College of St. Rose. She was a school teacher and a licensed real estate broker in Croton on Hudson, NY until she retired to Saratoga, NY.
She is the beloved mother of Jeffrey Turley of Middleton, WI and Thomas Turley of Ballston Spa, and loved grandmother of Emmett, Liam, and Brynn. She was predeceased by her brother Lee Hess and sister Helen Smith.
There will be a graveside service held on Monday, April 24th at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Condolence book at ParkerBrosMemorial.com.
