Missy Ann  Sherman
HUDSON – Missy Ann Sherman, 37, formerly of Troy and Watervliet, died Saturday, December 2, 2017. Born in Troy on September 6, 1980, she was the daughter of the late William D. and Joann E. Fitzpatrick Sherman.
Missy was raised in South Troy. She was a cheerleader for the South Troy Pop Warner when she was younger. She attended Watervliet High School. She lived in Troy and Watervliet before moving to Hudson two years ago.
She was a Medical Transcriptionist for six years before becoming a mom and raising her two children.
She enjoyed bingo, shopping and trips to the casino but most of all she loved her children and her family.
She is the loving and devoted mother of Jacob Tyler Badger and Giavonna Marie Sherman; loving sister of William Mabee, James Sherman and Nicole Coonradt; fiancé of Frank Hawver of Hudson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call at the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet on Thursday from 4-6 pm with a funeral service at 5:30 pm with Rev. Ernie North officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189 to assist the family with funeral expenses.
