STAUNTON, VA - Alan Howard Ameigh, 74, of Staunton, VA passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from natural causes.
Alan was preceded in death by his father Howard, mother Ethel, sister Lois and brother Kenneth. He is survived by his son Douglas, daughter-in-law Katie, and his grandchildren Olivia (7) and Jack (4) of Massanutten, VA.
He will be put to rest on Thursday, May 10 at 1 PM in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands, NY.
Alan is a graduate of Watervliet High School, St. Lawrence University and Boston College, who was a teacher to many and will be remembered as a devoted father, grandfather and a decent person to all who knew him.
