Obituary for Alexandrea Marie "Allie" Valente
MERRITT ISLAND, FL - Allie Valente, 26, beloved daughter of Louanna Valente and David Terry, Jr. and longtime resident of Watervliet, NY, died tragically in a car accident on Christmas morning in Florida.
Granddaughter of June Carreon, the late Louis Valente, and David and Rosemary Terry; sibling of Ashia (Tim) McAvoy, Angelina Stiffen, Bernard Dombroski, and Angelica Terry. Treasured niece of Angela (Peter) Blessing, Laurie (Joseph Carroll) Valente, June (Eric) Paulin, Louise (Douglass) McDonald, Kathleen Steel, and the late Lisa Valente. Proud aunt of Ashia’s children, Lillianna and Jaxen. Cousin of Aaron and Zachary Blessing, Cire and Davion Paulin, Tara (Stew) Wardlaw, and Louis Valente. She is also survived by special step-father, Michael Stiffen, Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, January 4th, from 11 am to 2 pm at Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet. A memorial service will be held directly after visiting hours at the funeral home. After the memorial service, Allie will be interred at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
In lieu of flowers, a family friend has set up a Go Fund Me to help the family with transportation costs to bring Allie home to Watervliet and with her final expenses. Please visit: www.gofundme.com/helping-fix-their-broken-hearts-with-donations
