Condolence: I served with Jeff as a fledgling Engineering Officer aboard the USCGC Unimak with a host of my colorful vintage 1985 classmates. Jeff was an officer to look up to. He was a bright light of reality and brought incredible life to the Wardroom and the rest of the crew. I’m sorry that I’m unable to attend the services. Jeff left us way to early and will be sorely missed. My sincerest condolences to the Fay family.

Condolence: The last time I saw Jeff was at one of our class reunions. He was as handsome as ever and it felt like we'd never parted. He was such a huge part of my life at Shaker. Always one of my favorite guys. I am incredibly sad and my heart hurts to know this news. Such a good guy. Way too young to leave us. Davis (I wonder if you remember me) I am sending you and all of the family my condolences and my prayers.
